Hey everyone,
I'm planning a small run of custom caps and have been researching different patch styles. A lot of brands seem to be moving towards woven hat patches because they offer cleaner detail and a flatter finish compared to traditional embroidery.
Has anyone here used them for hats or merch? I'd like to know how they hold up over time, especially after regular wear and washing. Also curious if the color accuracy and fine text actually look better in real life.
