A former Las Vegas police officer has pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge for fatally shooting a woman in 1997.A dunk homme rthur Sewall Jr., 56, was arrested in connection with the killing in 2018, more than 20 years after Nadia Iverson body was found at a construction site with a gunshot wound to the head.
