If you want to see blocked messages on your iPhone , then you have to unblock them first. To unblock blocked contacts go to Settings> Messages and then Blocked Contacts and tap on Edit option on the top left. Tap on the red button to unblock the contact. By this you will be able to see blocked messages on the iPhone.
