Paramedics pronounced both victims dead at the scene. KFMB reported that, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner s Office, Jerrad Scott, 24, of La Mesa, was identified as the male shooting victim. The coroner s office is waiting to release the woman s identity pending family notification, according to the station.A preliminary investigation revealed the woman called 911 and reported that her ex-boyfriend, now considered a suspect, was inside her home and armed with a gun. Authorities have identified the suspect as 24-year-old Bri af1 an Hammond Anthony Gonzales, described as black, about 5-feet, 7-inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds.
