Police say a 24-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man were crossing 14th street in an unmarked crosswalk when the driver of a Ford Mustang attempted to make a U-turn, lost control and hit the pair. The crash left the woman pinned against the wall with a fractured hip and the man with abrasions, according to police.
