Surveillance video shows Las Vegas attorney and College of Southern Nevada professor Mark Peplowski having sex in public on two separate occasions earlier this year, according to police records.After receiving a tip from a Clark County adidas yeezy Detention Center inmate in May that Peplowski had an ongoing relationship with a local prostitute, Las Vegas police began a surveillance operation, according to a police report. The inmate also alleged that Peplowski and the woman were involved in criminal activity involving fraud/identity theft. On June 8, police saw Peplowski pick up a woman in his gold Toyota Highlander and ha yeezy ve sex with her as he stood outside the vehicle in a vacant lot, the report says.On July 19, Peplowski picked up a different woman on the 2500 block of Fremont Street after roaming an area where prostitution is known to occur, according to the police report.The report says he took her to the same vacant lo adidas campus damen t and had sex with her as he stood outside the vehicle. The left three lanes of northbo stanley quencher und Interstate 15 were closed for several hours at Tropicana Avenue after a bulldozer atop a flatbed truck struck the Tropicana overpass and sent debris into the freeway, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.Troopers responded about 4:24 p.m. to reports that concrete chunks from the Tropicana overpass had hit vehicles, said NHP Trooper Loy Hixson. The bulldozer stayed on the back of the truck and it appeared that the truck was able to continue under the overpass, Hixson said.Traffic on Tropicana was not affected, Hixson said.The section of I-15 was closed while the debris was removed, Hixson said about 5:50 p.m. The Nevada D ugg epartment of Transportation will conduct a structural inspection of the overpass, Hixson said.Contact Kimber Laux at klaux@revi new balance ewjournal.com or 702-383-0381.
