A Westminster man hurt in a June 25 crash has died, police said.Twenty-eight-year-old Shawn Shifflet died Monday at the hospital from injuries sustained in a June 25 accident in Woodbine.Monday afte vaso stanley rnoon, police were called to Newport Road at the Howard/Carroll County line for a report of an accident. An investigation found Shifflett had been riding on the exterior of stanley cup his friend s 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis when he fell off and hit the road. Police said it did not look like Shifflett was hit by the car.He was flown to Shock Trauma where he was pronounced dead late stanley taza Monday.The driver has not been charged. Luckily neither was struck.On Wednesday, Annapolis Police served an arrest warrant on Reco Johnson.He s currently being held without bail, on two counts of attempted first degree murder and 11 other charges.It s unclear if the victim knew Johnson and targeted him.
