She brought the request to the attention of the committee.The Trespass America Festival event would include seven national acts and be held on Speedway property.The event would take place on Aug. 7. It could draw an estimated 4,000 music fans, organizers said.They want to set up for the event on Aug. 6 and tear down on Aug. 9.The show would run from 5 until 10:30 p.m. The gates would open at 4 p.m. and close at 11:30 p.m. We have given authorizations such as this one two times in the past.
