STOUFFVILLE, Ont. 鈥?Three people are facing animal neglect charges following an investigation into the treatment of horses at a Stouffville, Ont., farm.The Ontari stanley cup o Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals says an officer went to the farm on May 3 after receiving a concern about the welfare of a herd of horses.The OSPCA says the officer saw 14 horses and one pony living in unsanitary conditions and multiple dead horses stanley cup were also found in various levels of decomposition. UPDATE:On June 16, Oswego Police and Oswego City School District officials identified a juvenile who had brought five .22 caliber bullets to school.The 11-year-old student had obtained the bullets from an old box of ammunition belonging to the juvenile芒鈧劉s f stanley polska ather.The bullets had fallen out of the juvenile芒鈧劉s backpack onto a classroom floor where they were later recovered.At this time no criminal charges are being filed and if there are any disciplinary measures they will be handled by school district officials.According to Police Chief Michael J.
