Sheriff Nocco said Nicolaro was copying their information from those reports and putting them into her own words.She also falsified, in some cases, that people took drug tests, according to Nocco.Nocco said they went through all those cases to make sure nothing else slipped through the cracks and to make sure all those kids were safe and that anybody who needed to take a drug test took a drug test.
