He was released from jail around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14.Detectives recovered new video evidence depicting the same young girl being recorded at Rybicki s home, without her knowledge. Detectives say the video was taken from a hidden camera that he had inside of his home.Rybicki now faces additional charges.
