The deputy then observed what appeared to be a person run across Dayton Pike to the suspect vehicle as it shut off the lights, the release stated.The deputy attempted to contact the driver of the vehicle, but the driver fled north in the fast lane, eventually turning right onto East Highwater Road.As the deputy attempted to pull the driver of the Toyota over, the driver
