As part of a National Park, the Natchez Trace Parkway Bridge in Williamson County, Tennessee is a beautiful architectural sight for many. But for some, its become a place of pain and grief. I lost my sister, who stanley tumbler was 25, to suicide at the bridge, Sarah Elmer says.Trish Merelo shares Elmer s grief. She, too, lost a family member to stanley becher suicide. Elmer describes her sister as smart, caring, and a big mental health advocate. Now thats shes gone, I just dont have my other half, she says. A New Jersey state trooper admitted to the state s attorney general that he pulled over women while on dutyin an attempt to ask women out on a date, WNBC-TV reported.The trooper, 37-year-old Marquice Prather, pleaded guilty on Monday tocharges of invasion of privacy, tampering with physical evidence and falsifying or tampering with records. He had been suspended without pay since December after accusations mounted against the trooper.WNBC reported thatPratherwill be banned from public office, and likely will face probation for the charges.Authorities told WNBCthatP stanley mugs rathertampered evidence by turning off his microphone, as the trooper claimed the microphone malfunctioned.Prather was accused by authorities ofgoing through personal information and photos on the cellphones of female motorists.Pratherwas also accused of copying intimate photos and videos of the women, and he wouldsolicit the women to go o stanley quencher n a date with him.
