Three kidnappers were also arrested. Addressing a press conference along with Muridke DSP Malik Allah Yar and a Narang Mandi police team, the DPO said that Ahsan Ali, 7, son of Mohammad Abbas was kidnapped on July 25. The kidnappers had demanded Rs1 million ransom.聽 He said Abbas, a labourer, had made an appeal to Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to look into the incident. CM Sharif had directed Sheikhupura police to recover the child in a week. On Thursday, the DPO said, the suspects were caught from a house in Ahmed Park in Lahore s Daroghawala area.
