GUJRANWALA:A rickshaw driver was shot dead on Tuesday allegedly for splashing rainwater on to two commuters. The assailant fled the scene. Police said Rizwan Mehr, 24, was driving his stanleycup QingQi rickshaw, when near Salfi Chowk, he splashed rainwater on to two men riding a motorcycle. Mehr was stopped and an argument followed.
