FULTON, NY 鈥?On March 16, Fulton Police were dispatched to a local gas station for a report of suspicious males outside of the business.An employee reported that multiple customers reported that three males were outside the business asking about drugs. Fulton Police made contact with the males and were told that they were fr stanley cups om Pennsylvania and were passin stanley deutschland g through the are botella stanley a going to a casino.During the investigation warrant checks were completed on the three and it was found that one of the males, 43-year-old Terry McIntyre of Erie, Pa., had an active bench warrant for his arrest for failure to appear in Erie County Court to answer to the charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition.This crime in Pennsylvania is a Misdemeanor of the Second Degree punishable to up to two years in prison.McIntyre was taken into custody and arraigned by Fulton City Court Judge Hawthorne as a fugitive.McIntyre was then transported to the Oswego County Jail awaiting extradition back to Pennsylvania.
